will: prepare a marketing flier/brochure to
place onsite, list the space online and in
the commercial listing services, begin
placing ads, order one or more signs for the
site, research the local market for the best
prospects to pursue.
Make sure that we have
working keys for every office/space.
Set up our accounting
software for your specific asset.
Contact the utility
companies and have them send the bills to us
(with your approval).
Visit each tenant and
let them know to contact us with issues or
complaints (not you).
Prepare a new lease (if
needed) for each tenant.
